Jonny achieved "Fellow" status by completing the written pathway of Warwick's Academic and Professional Pathway for Experienced Staff (APP EXP) programme. Jonny’s submission included a comprehensive 3,000-word narrative showcasing his commitment to the UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF). His portfolio provided in-depth examples of effective and inclusive practice in the design and delivery of teaching and assessment, highlighting his dedication to supporting high-quality learning experiences.

Ian earned "Senior Fellow" status following his presentation to a dialogic panel, demonstrating a sustained record of influencing and leading educational practices that support inclusive, high-quality learning. The panel commended Ian’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) work as chair of the DCS Welfare and Communication Committee, as well as his collegiality and leadership within the department, the integration of industry links into his practice, and his innovative use of peer assessment.
