About Me
I am a first year PhD student under the supervision of Professor Till Bretschneider. I graduated from the University of Warwick Department of Computer Science in 2022 with a first-class MEng degree in Computer Science. After a year in industry I have returned to Warwick to work towards my PhD.
Research Interests
My research aims to develop new methods for the efficient annotation of 3D models of cellular data for use by either human biomedical researchers or in future machine learning models. My recent work involves the unsupervised annotation of 2D data through the use of Latent Space Clustering techniques.Teaching
During my research I have worked as a teaching assistant on the following modules:
CS342 Machine learning (23/24)
CS413 Image and Video Analytics (23/24)
CS429/ CS909 Data Mining (23/24)
