Working with Zhang XJ and Goldbeter A., we are developing models [1] to account for experimentally observed intracellular signalling pathways. Long term goal is to integrate subcellular, cellular (my colleague, Prof. B. Tirozzi from Rome I University, is working on modelling CA1 neurons), network and behaviour level to study learning and memory (see below).
