Short coffee break (20m) in Atrium

Fri 2 :  RR 'A' :  Intro to Lab 25m  + each of 4 w/shops at 25 mins with 5 m moving for each change

                Total = 5 x 25 + 4 x 5 = 145m or 2h25m

Lunch break 1h

Fri 3:  RR 'B' :  3 w/shops at 25m each with 5 m moving time need 3 x 25 + 2 x 5 = 85 or 1h 25m

Full 30m Tea break

Fri 4:  4 x 20 m presentations = 80m or 1h 20

Overall analysis and summary

Plenaries (longer presentations) : 7 of them in orange (not counting Piet+Hamish although they are appearing in orange at 25m) all have 45m total except for Matti who has 50m because he is not staying for much longer than his lecture(!) and Richard and Mike who have 1h because expect them include 15 - 20 m for review and discussion of day's contents. And Karl's at 40m because doing two things for us.
