This meeting will take place from Monday May 1st to Wednesday May 3rd. It will bring together Piet Kommers (Helix5). Hamish Macleod and Jen Ross (Edinburgh) and members of the Warwick project team to include Mike Joy, Meurig Beynon, Steve Russ, Jonny Foss and Nick Pope. The venue will be the Computer Science building: room CS1.01 will be available on Monday and CS3.25 / CS3.08 will be used on Tuesday.

Agenda items include:

1. Review of the evaluation aspects of the project to date, in conjunction with:
   • proposals for maximising the use of the project budget
   • preliminary drafting of relevant sections of the final report
2. Current status of the open online course on making construals
3. Plans for the CONSTRUIT 2017 conference:
   • Current status of the conference preparations
   • Submissions made to date
   • Preliminary draft for the conference programme
   • Discussion of those aspects of the conference programme associated with pedagogy and evaluation.
4. Review of current progress and further preparation of resources for SciFest 2017 (May 11th-13th)
