11.00am Vectors for a Year 12 class (group preparation - pairs) swap stories, revise stories, jointly plan 2-week 'scheme of work'(SoW) [A SoW breaks down a topic into key concepts and skills, arranges them into good order, and maps them to lessons over given period - think of 3 one-hour lessons per week.]
11.30am Explore and list good web resources for initial learning of vectors / matrices notice their 'key points' in learning the concepts
12 noon Matrices for a Year 12 class (group preparation - pairs) swap stories, revise stories, jointly plan 2-week SoW

2.30pm Vector presentations: 5 mins + 5 mins questions x 3: each pair presents to the other 4 who critically assess their 'key points' listeners as active as presenters here ....
3.00pm break
3.15pm Matrix presentations: as before
3.45pm revise and update personal stories with special emphasis on 'key points' - consult with technical team on expected needs for modelling story so far. START construction!
4.30pm outline plan for next day and end.

Tuesday 3rd July

9.30am Technical team report on, and demo, resources so far, suggestions for initial model-making, discussion of how to put personal stories into EDEN model
10.15am Discussion of proposals for 2-week SoW - how personal story shapes chosen SoW. (Cf. textbook author, module lecturer). EMILE has to do with mapping a SoW onto constructions in an EM artefact. Expect correlations between textbooks, Notes, and activities, visualisations, interactions, commentary in the artefact. Artefact is different as requires 'making', or extending, by the learner. MORE construction.

11.00am My story of learning - linear transformations (pre-Uni and cs131) matrices of linear maps, change of basis, eigenvectors prepared individually but with support
11.30/45am Linear transformations for a Year 12 class (group preparation - pairs) swap stories, revise stories, jointly plan 2-week SoW. Plan also some suitable exercises to give good learning experiences

1.30pm linear map experience and exploration
2.30pm linear map presentations - as for vectors and matrices
3.00pm break
3.15pm pairs revise key points and plan for developing a new (?) artefact to model and help learning about linear maps and eigenvectors
3.45pm Discussion with T of general needs for transformation artefacts
4.00pm Pairs plan and START construction.
4.30pm outline what achieved - plan for next day.
