IER Bulletin 94

This research considers what useful messages can be delivered about the way the economy and labour markets at European level are changing, and what this means for the demand for skills and priorities for education and training. It focuses on the implications of structural changes in European economies and labour markets on the changing patterns of demand for and supply of formal qualifications.
