1. I confirm that I have read and understand the Participant Information Leaflet (version 5 21/06/2021) for the above study. 2. I understand that I can withdraw from the study up to one month from the date of my interview by contacting the researcher by email: j.winfield@warwick.ac.uk (required)

I understand that recordings of my interviews or transcripts of those recordings may be looked at by individuals from The University of Warwick, where it is relevant to my taking part in this study and may include personnel from approved transcription services. 7. I consent for my anonymised data to be used in promotional literature for the Living Wage Foundation (required)
8. I agree to be contacted after the initial interview for further/follow up questions (required)
