New exhibition at Imperial War Museum London launches featuring Warwick research

Research led by Professor Vicki Squire of PAIS is featured in Refugees: Forced to Flee - a major new exhibition at IWM London. The exhibition, which will run until 24 May 2021, includes an animated audio installation based on research by the Crossing the Mediterranean Sea by Boat project, led by Professor Squire with a team from Warwick, ELIAMEP Athens and University of Malta.


Explore the Egyptian revolution online with new multimedia resource

A new digital archive co-created by Warwick researcher Dr Nicola Pratt gathers art, music and film created during the 2011 Egyptian revolution into a unique new multimedia resource for scholars, students and the general public alike. 'Politics, Popular Culture and the 2011 Egyptian Revolution' documents the 25 January 2011 uprising and its aftermath through the prism of popular culture.

Local residents entertained, challenged and moved by ESRC Festival of Social Science

More than 500 people took part in the workshops, talks and activities organised by the University of Warwick for this year’s ESRC Festival of Social Science. University researchers took to Coventry and Warwickshire’s streets, bars and community centres to share insights from their work with enthusiastic and interested audiences.
