Sanctuary Month of the Resonate FestivalRuns from Tuesday, June 01 to Wednesday, June 30. What does it mean to provide sanctuary? How does it feel to need sanctuary? We highlight the importance of sanctuary as a concept, tell its histories, and contribute to policies for its future. We work collaboratively with those who give and receive sanctuary. This month, we will explore the importance of Sanctuary for us all. Working with Coventry Welcomes, we have talks, film screenings, exhibitions, theatre and arts workshops. Our month of Sanctuary is curated by the Borders, Race, Ethnicity and Migration Network. |
