Terms of Reference

Purpose: Inform and monitor PGR training and development opportunities to ensure that all PGRs are able to access a high quality, coherent. inclusive training offer in support of their research and future employment.

To recommend: Solutions to ensure that all PGRs have access to and receive training and development regardless of the provider

To receive: All data relating to PGR training and development; overview of provision; quality assurance information; information on sector best practice; reports on WPTC

To report: Progress towards the PGR strategy in respect of the quality and availability of PGR training and development


Reporting Structure

PGR Training WAG reports to the Postgraduate Research Subcommittee.
