NSC Post PhD - What is academia like and should I stay in it?Research Exchange, LibraryAre you planning on staying in academia? Want to know what it's really like? Then four colleagues from across Warwick and externally, in different disciplines and at different stages of their careers, will share their stories and views on what it is REALLY like to be an academic .
There is an opportunity for a Q&A throughout the presentations and during the networking coffee break afterwards. 11.30-12.00
This is an in person session held with the Research Exchange. All appropriate Covid regulations will be followed.

They will talk about their experiences of being a Postdoc, the realities of finding a place and most importantly what they wished they had done during their PhD to help them get a Postdoc role.
