PGR Focus Group

We would like to thank 44% of our PGR population that responded. The survey results will contribute to two in-depth reviews of key areas of your experience at Warwick: supervision, and training opportunities.

An initial assessment has shown that:

  • A little over two-thirds (69%) of respondents reported that as a result of training, they feel better prepared for their future.
  • A large number (78%) of respondents are confident that they are finding the training opportunities they need.
  • Most (87%) respondents agree that their experience of supervision has met their expectations.

As a follow on from this survey we would like to invite PGRs to a focus group to help us delve in to the survey results and gain a deeper understand of the responses so that we can make improvements in key areas. PGR contributions will be anonymised and the sessions will be run centrally through the Doctoral College. Refreshments will be provided.
