When businesses operate across borders, they are immersed in a complex web of contracts and legal systems. Our LLM gives you a strong foundation in the understanding of international commercial law. Learn to expertly negotiate the challenges of cross-border transactions, covering everything from the sale of goods and digital content, to secured financing and mergers.
