Raise a Support Ticket

Important information

The support tickets can be raised in two ways:

  1. Through GitHub issue tracker (requires GitHub account)
  2. On this page, we add your request to GitHub for you.

Please, describe your problem as closely as possible. You can attach additional files like data, configuration, logs, etc. A developer usually will need this information to solve the problem:

  • Steps to reproduce.

  • Expected result.

  • Actual result.

  • Logs (see Wiki Pages)
