I am a first year PhD student under the supervision of Dr Shan Raza.

I graduated with an MEng degree in Computer Science from the University of Warwick in 2023.

Research Interests

I'm interested in the application of deep learning for the analyse of the tumour micro-environment. Some of the projects I have been working on include:

Segmentation of Blood Vessels in H&E Whole-Slide Images.

Automated Assessment of Tumour-Infiltrating Lymphocytes in

H&E Whole-Slide Images.

Automated lymphocytes and monocytes detection.

Other Interests

I am also interesting in varies software and web applications development.

I have been contributing to the TIAToolBox, a computational pathology toolbox.
