Course Structures
The Department of Computer Science provides a variety of undergraduate and taught postgraduate courses which span the discipline and explore cognate subjects. More information for prospective students is available from the Study with us pages. Information on taking an intercalated year is available.
The Department reserves the right not to offer a module in any year, or to offer alternative modules as considered appropriate. Sufficient modules will be offered in any year to allow candidates an element of choice within the course requirements. Some modules may require additional reading for those students whose first degree course did not contain the necessary prerequisite material. Please click here for module details.
How to use the Course Structures webpage:
- Select your start year to display the course structure relevant to your year of entry.
- If you take an intercalated year, period of temporary withdrawal or resit a year (without residence) please note that you will need to adjust your start year accordingly.
- Module name links for Computer Science modules will display the current academic year's module information. This should be treated as indicative for future years of study.
- For modules offered by other departments, links are to the University Module Catalogue.
- For future years of study, where the Module Catalogue has not yet been updated the link will direct to a "Module not found" webpage until the Summer before the year of delivery. You can search the Module Catalogue directly for indicative information where available: https://courses.warwick.ac.uk/Link opens in a new window
