At the IER data group, we are dedicated to advancing the understanding and realisation of Industry 5.0 objectives. With funding from the European Commission, our research project employs state-of-the-art AI methodologies to analyse data from a variety of sources. Our goal is to empirically examine key aspects of Industry 5.0, bridging the gap between theory and practice with a specific focus on implications for companies and the job market.

To achieve this, we have developed sophisticated algorithms capable of extracting insights from diverse sources, including professional platforms, online job portals, YouTube videos, academic journals (Scopus), company stock exchange data, and collective agreements. Through our interdisciplinary approach, we aim to generate actionable insights that inform policy-making, drive innovation, and contribute to the development of a more inclusive and sustainable industrial ecosystem.
