Black Lives Matter - A special live steam: Congregate Season 2 - Friday 5 June at 9pm (UK time)

Connecting Cultures GRP has supported Congregate, an international online encounter between poets, musicians, artists and critical thinkers.

CONGREGATE: BLACK LIVES MATTER - A SPECIAL RESPONSE

Congregate was due to launch its second season initiated by Soul City Arts and supported by Raise Karma, University of Warwick, and a team of artists, academics and activists. We have recognized the real need to respond to the current situation and show solidarity with the struggle.

On Friday 5 June, 9PM (UK Time), we are collaborating with special guest artists Tshaka Campbell, Zena Edwards and Cleveland Watkiss for a conversation and freeform artistic response exploring what is happening now. Register to watch the stream.

The programmed season will go ahead as planned in the near future, featuring diverse themes and artists
