WISC Public Lecture Series Announced

Celebrating the start of a new year, the Warwick Institute for the Science of Cities (WISC) has announced a brand new programme of weekly public lectures. They are being jointly organised by WISC, the Centre for Interdisciplinary Methodologies (as part of the module IM927 Digital Cities: Interdisciplinary Perspectives) and the Sustainable Cities Global Research Priority.

The programme, which has been developed by Dr Joao Porto de Albuquerque, includes a great line up of high-profile external speakers from research and practice, who will talk about diverse urban issues and urban science aspects from interdisciplinary perspectives. The first event will take place on 18th January at 4pm, with a talk by Professor Fran Tonkiss from the London School of Economics and Politics. For the full programme, please see this flyer or the events page.
