Masterclass for Post Graduate Research StudentsMicrosoft TeamsLooking after your wellbeingThis masterclass is aimed at Post Graduate Research (PGR) students to provide a snapshot of strategies and tips that you can use to look after your wellbeing. We understand that as a PGR student you may be faced with challenges throughout your course both academically and personally; juggling study with work or family commitments, stress surrounding future career choices or pressures of a financial nature for example. The session will provide you with advice on how to manage some of these and other challenges that may arise during your Post Graduate course. You will come away with a range of practical tools and resources that you can use to remain motivated, productive and that can help you to manage competing demands. |

Pint & PhDOnlineLooking for opportunities to present and network?
Every other Wednesday, make yourself a drink and join us on Microsoft Teams to hear the latest research from members of the PGR community!
Each of our Pint & PhD events will feature 2-3 PhD students talking about their research in an informal and engaging way to a general audience for up to 10 minutes, with the opportunity for questions and further discussion afterwards.
All disciplines and subjects are welcome, so come and be curious and learn about something new - and if presenting, make sure you're pitching it to a cross-disciplinary audience!
