How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

Looking after your wellbeing

This masterclass is aimed at Post Graduate Research (PGR) students to provide a snapshot of strategies and tips that you can use to look after your wellbeing.

We understand that as a PGR student you may be faced with challenges throughout your course both academically and personally; juggling study with work or family commitments, stress surrounding future career choices or pressures of a financial nature for example.

The session will provide you with advice on how to manage some of these and other challenges that may arise during your Post Graduate course. You will come away with a range of practical tools and resources that you can use to remain motivated, productive and that can help you to manage competing demands.

Pint & PhD
Online
Missing the summer conference season and the chance to present and network?
Every other Wednesday, pour yourself a cold drink and join us on Microsoft Teams to hear the latest research from members of the PGR community!
Each of our Pint & PhD events will feature 2-3 PhD students talking about their research in an informal and engaging way to a general audience for up to 10 minutes, with the opportunity for questions and further discussion afterwards.
All disciplines and subjects are welcome, so come and be curious and learn about something new - and if presenting, make sure you're pitching it to a cross-disciplinary audience!
