PhD in a second language: Navigating writing and reading difficulties in English

Part of the PhD in a second language series, this session will provide opportunities to share the current difficulties that you are facing in written academic English, and explore ways forward for improving your understanding. We will challenge some preconceived ideas about academic and ‘standard’ English, develop strategies for approaching and working through written English and managing our energy across languages, and support one another.

Both a follow up session from 25 February and a stand-alone if you haven’t been able to attend previously.
