If you are receiving a scholarship or bursary that will fully or partially fund your academic fees, this information will be uploaded to your student record by the PGR Finance team before the start of your course and annually if your course is longer than one year.

You can view your Sponsor Information on eVision as follows:

1. Log into eVisionLink opens in a new window

2. Select My Data > Sponsor Information

This information is usually uploaded at the start of September each year for the next academic year, so it may be possible for you to enrol or re-enrol online before the sponsor information shows up. Accounts will be corrected by mid-October.

If you receive a request for fee payment from the Fees Team but should be fully or partially funded by a scholarship or bursary that is not showing on your record, please email pgscholarships@warwick.ac.uk stating your student ID number and we will investigate.
