External Spaces Hazard Identification Reports

Welcome to the University of Warwick Estates External Spaces Hazard Identification Reports page.

These reports are provided as a record of our inspection of access and identification of hazards within the external spaces on our campus land. Site specific risk assessments for access to the space and the activities to be undertaken are the responsibility of those taking the space. These reports are not risk assessments; they are intended to provide a helpful guide to identify known hazards associated with accessing and attendance on the External space.

The lists of hazards are not exhaustive and are not a substitute for anyone undertaking their own risk assessment. Space organisers are expected to comply with current Health and Safety Legislation and to have met all other requirements of the University in working/being on Campus (read and signed the Code of Conduct for Contractors/event organisers, watched the University Code of Conduct video, received a local induction etc.) under separate cover.

This is a ‘work in progress’ and as such we would welcome your feedback on the contents of the reports and any updates you may be able to provide to keep the reports current.

The Reports are issued Spring 2023 and will be reviewed Annually.

Please find below a list of links which you can click on to download the PDF Report for the External Space listed.

We would welcome your feedback on the reports; please email your comments issues and/photos to s.archer.1@warwick.ac.uk stating the report name in the subject box.
