The Active Wellbeing Team will be hosting a cross-campus festival focused on mindfulness, relaxation and de-stressing, during the summer exam period. We recognise how taxing exams can be on your wellbeing, so we want to give students an opportunity to unwind and decompress. Whether it's completing a Nature Walk, participating in a Pop-Up activity or doing some self-care meditation, take your mind off exams and do some de-stressing!

Bring your friends, make new ones, and embrace mindfulness and relaxation!

Retreat in Daily Life (Christian)

A Christian retreat, giving you the chance to deepen your prayer life and spend some quality time with God, in the midst of everyday life.

A Retreat in Daily Life is an opportunity to spend a week with time to learn about and be guided in Christian prayer alongside your normal everyday life.

It involves a daily time of personal prayer (aiming at 30 minutes) and a daily half-hour individual meeting with a friendly as well as experienced prayer guide. Alongside this are workshops to help us explore prayer more generally.
