Our Applied Computing theme researches topics including computational modelling for neuroscience, methods to better understand populations of cells, methods for forensic problems and cybercrime, computational techniques associated with visual and audio media, from video compression to medical image processing, and developing the next-generation of AI based technologies for the analysis of pathology image data.
