East Lindsey skills audit

This study involved undertaking a comprehensive analysis of the demand for, and supply of, skills from individuals and employers in East Lindsey. This included an assessment of where learners access their learning, and how the needs of learners and employers might be effectively met by the provision of learning and skills. It also considered potential policy interventions in the context of the economic impact of FE and HE provision on a given locality, given that FE and HE institutions have their own demand for labour, as well as having the capacity to develop the local workforce.
