This is a small project to produce an expert report as part of the LEED project led by the OECD. The report will include: information on UK skills and training programmes for SMEs; an overview of the region; the results of an online survey of industry associations, chambers of commerce and other relevant organisations; a small number of case study interviews; and an analysis of the skills and training ecosystems and the extent of training cultures in the region.
