Surveying employment practices of multinationals

This project will involve integrating data from four parallel large-scale national surveys of multinational companies (MNCs) and employment practice into one comprehensive comparative database, providing a unique opportunity to analyse the behaviour of MNCs in and across different national contexts. The dataset will be used to explore crossnational comparative issues that are difficult to explore within the confines of a single national survey but which are vital to an understanding of the international operations of MNCs.
