Anticipating skills needs of the labour force and equipping people for new jobs

This project aims to develop a sound, theoretically and empirically based analytical framework which will contribute to strengthening the role and activities of European Public Employment Services with respect to the anticipation of future skill needs in Europe and subsequent employment services. The study will cover all EU member states plus Iceland, Norway and Lichtenstein. The project is led by the Danish Technology Institute, with IER providing skills forecasting expertise for the analytical framework.
