Green jobs and the green economy in York
Warwick IER has been commissioned by the City of York to undertake research to examine developments in green jobs and skills from the moves to a more sustainable economy.
This uses a methodology developed over the last three years, and applied to analyses of the Scottish, South Yorkshire and Liverpool labour markets.
The methodology uses the analysis of a range of data including: Big Data, the Annual Population Survey, O*NET and IER’s Working Futures employment forecasts.
