Workforce modelling and productivity, literature review
The overall aim of the project was to review published and grey literature which provides empirical evidence on measures designed to increase the productivity of the health care workforce and innovations in workforce development and assistive technologies that lead to improved effectiveness and efficiency of patient care. The review also looked at empirical evidence on how these improvements have been incorporated into workforce planning and modelling.
