Warwick academics recognised in Queen’s Birthday Honours List

Professor Margret Low of WMG has been awarded an MBE for services to public engagement and widening participation, Professor Tim Lockley of History also receives an MBE in recognition of services to his local community, and Professor Matt Keeling of Maths and Life Sciences is recognised for services as an advisor to the government’s Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE) with an OBE.

The Prof. Lord Bhattacharyya building crowned best workplace in the UK

The Professor Lord Bhattacharyya building is a Midlands and Central England regional award winner, and was also crowned the national Innovation Award winner, at a virtual ceremony last night (Thursday 10th June).


Warwick named as one of UK's top 10 and Europe's top 20 universities

The University of Warwick has been named as one of the UK’s top 10 and one of the Europe’s top 20 universities in two new league tables.

The new tables find that Warwick has risen in the 2022 QS World University Rankings to at 61st in the world – making Warwick one of Europe’s top 20 universities – and has been placed 10th in the UK by the Complete University Guide.
