Ark Teacher Training
As a part of our anti-bias training, we’ve adjusted the language we use to ensure that we don’t perceive or communicate issues of inequality in education through a single-narrative lens. Taking part in anti-bias workshops, the Ark Teacher Training recruitment team has been addressing any internalised bias and how it is reflected in their language so that they never alienate potential candidates from socially or economically challenging backgrounds.
