Daria Luchinskaya
Daria Luchinskaya was awarded her PhD in Employment Research in 2016. An abstract of her thesis: Luchinskaya, D. Daria's PhD was funded by an ESRC CASE Studentship in conjunction with HECSU as the collaborating partner, and built on the Futuretrack longitudinal survey of students who applied through UCAS in 2005/06 to study full-time undergraduate courses at UK higher education institutions. From May 2015 - February 2016, she was an an Early Career Fellow at the University of Warwick Institute of Advanced Study, and then took up a post as Research Fellow at the IER .
Daria completed her BA in Economics and Management and CEELBAS-funded MPhil in Russian and East European Studies at the University of Oxford, St Anne’s College. She pursued and developed her research interests in higher education and the graduate labour market and mixed-methods approaches in her MPhil thesis on recent reforms in higher education in Russia.

Small firms and graduate employment, graduate skill utilisation, gender and the labour market, HE and the labour market, HE policy, employment policy.
