IER was commission by Founders4Schools to help evaluate their careers education and world of work programme run in collaboration with Villiers Park. A range of events were run from 2017/2018, to support young people explore careers as well as facilitate encounters with employers.

The aim of the evaluation was to support Founders4Schools in evaluating engagement and impact of the programme focusing individual career resilience, decision making, and educational outcomes. The evaluation will develop a range of tools to measure impact and report on outcomes.
