Business case for good jobs
To support the impact of IER research on the benefits of Good Jobs, this new project will translate academic research findings into real-world guidance that is relevant, accessible and useful to business across Northern Ireland.
Working with stakeholders, this project will create two practitioner guides which bring together IERs expertise in Good Jobs research with real world application of these principles from Norther Ireland's business community.
The first guide will focus on what Good Work looks like for business in Northern Ireland.
The second explores the challenges and opportunities for Good Work in NI's small businesses.
This work is funded by the ESRC Impact Acceleration Account at the University of Warwick and in collaboration with the Labour Relations Agency of Northern Ireland.
