IER, with colleagues at the University of Sydney and the ILO, are reviewing the relationship between skills and productivity.

A growing evidence base challenges a simplistic human capital model where more skills lead to more productivity.

Drawing on a review of recent global literature on the skills and productivity nexus, the research team present a new approach to understanding the relationship between skills and productivity.
