ReWAGE co-chair Chris Warhurst co-edits The Oxford Handbook of Job Quality
The Oxford Handbook of Job Quality by ReWAGE co-chair Professor Chris Warhurst with Chris Mathieu and Rachel E. Dwyer, has just been published by Oxford University Press.
Job quality matters and has long and continually done so, even if the terminology used to describe it has, and continues, to vary. As new technologies and the lasting effects of a pandemic influence debate about the future of work and job quality in the twenty-first century, The Oxford Handbook of Job Quality provides an interdisciplinary and international perspective on the subject and presents original research.
Chapters explore both established approaches and new perspectives on job quality, as well as focusing specifically on key issues, regional and sectoral developments, and ways to improve job quality.
