Stef Poole

Stefanie Poole joined IER as a project assistant in 2013 and has since worked on projects such as: Evaluation of Business Class', Employers' behavioural reaction to the apprenticeship levy, Longitudinal Study of FE students, Research into the need for and capacity to deliver STEM related Apprenticeship in England (BIS), Futuretrack, Evaluation of the Founders4Schools careers programme for teachers, Heritage sector workforce diversity research

Her project duties include: Diary Management, Travel arrangements, Sourcing and recruiting participants for research interviews, proof reading and formatting of reports, Research for pre project work, Collating information for tenders, Arranging of internal and external (international) meetings, programming of online surveys and record keeping in accordance to strict data protection guidelines.

Stefanie is also an internal auditor for IERs Quality Assurance processes.

During previous employments Stefanie gained strong customer service and administrative skills during a variety of employments within the leisure & tourism, engineering and sales industry in the UK and abroad. She also worked as a self-employed bookkeeper.
