Contacting the Awards & Ceremonies Team

If you have an enquiry about your degree ceremony or your award certificate which has not been answered by our Frequently Asked Questions please complete the form below. We endeavour to respond to enquiries within 48 hours, however, this can take longer at busy times such as in the immediate run up to degree ceremonies.

If you are attaching proof of ID, acceptable identity documents include passport, driving license, a national identity card, marriage certificate, deed poll document. If you have changed your name since you were enrolled with the University you must additionally provide proof of your change of name. ID documents will be attached to your secure student record, as is standard procedure, to ensure we have a record of the change of name.
