Courier Payment for Delivery of Original Certificate or Authorised Certificate Copies

Please use this form to pay for courier delivery of your original certificate. For degree level awards, this must be done in addition to completing Graduation RegistrationLink opens in a new window.

This form can also be used to pay for courier delivery of authorised certificate copies.

For new graduates your certificate will be sent to the address you should have provided on the online graduation registration process (not the address inputted when you make payment). If you are unsure of the address, please check your confirmation email which you will have automatically received after you registered. We will notify you via email when your certificate has been posted. We kindly ask you not to contact us asking when your certificate will be sent, as this will only serve to delay posting of certificates while we respond to such emails. Please understand that it takes a number of weeks to post all certificates following ceremonies. If you have not registered and you are eligible to graduate in please contact us to confirm postal details.

If you are paying for a courier delivery of a lower award received from the University recently, we will post your certificate to your permanent home address, as soon as we are able to - please ensure your address is up to date on your central student record.
