Complete graduation registrationLink opens in a new window when asked to do so. ALL eligible students must register. If you do not register, you will graduate in absentia by default.

Check your name on your student recordLink opens in a new window (My Data tab). After graduation, we are not able to amend your name on your record, so you must check beforehand that this is correct. If your name is incorrect, please contact usLink opens in a new window with a photo/scan of your ID in advance of the ceremonies.

Ensure all study-related fees/charges are paid by the deadline of 16:00 (GMT) on Thursday, 21 May 2026. Check your account via Student Records Online.Link opens in a new window

Purchase any extra guest ticketsLink opens in a new window for the cinema (if required)

Check the dress codeLink opens in a new window

Check the key timings for the dayLink opens in a new window, to plan accordingly

If you are travelling from outside of the UK, check the latest UK government rules and guidanceLink opens in a new window for arriving in England from another country, and the visa guidanceLink opens in a new window from our immigration team

If you are travelling to the ceremonies by car, complete the parking registration form or upload your Blue BadgeLink opens in a new window.

Book a kids club/crèche placeLink opens in a new window (if required, please book early as places are limited)

Check your confirmation email that your address/postal information is correct.
