Meifang Zhuo

PhD Applied Linguistics

Meifang Zhuo is an outstanding Applied Linguistics PhD graduate whose work reflects academic excellence and global impact. Her internationally recognised research has supported teachers across China and reached over 1,500 students, while her publications and innovative methods have made scholarship more accessible. A dedicated mentor and advocate for international students, Meifang leaves a lasting legacy of collaboration, inclusion, and meaningful change.

Zineb Nmili

BSc Management

Zineb Nmili is an exceptional Warwick student recognised for her commitment to widening access and inclusive education. Through volunteering locally and internationally, she has empowered young people, improved learning outcomes, and supported students in overcoming barriers. Her leadership and dedication have made a meaningful and lasting impact on both communities and the student experience.

Alice Roberts

MBChB

Alice Roberts has shown exceptional leadership and innovation in enhancing medical education at Warwick. Identifying a critical gap in training on responding to sexual violence, she developed a high-quality programme combining online learning and interactive workshops, now embedded in the curriculum. Her work equips future doctors with essential skills and confidence, and reflects her commitment to compassionate care, collaboration, and meaningful, lasting impact.

Adam Allen

BA sociology and Criminology

Adam Allen is an exceptional Warwick graduate whose work has been defined by his commitment to widening participation and supporting students from all backgrounds. Through mentoring, outreach, and leadership roles—including Co-President of the 93% Club—he has expanded access to education, led impactful initiatives supporting students facing financial barriers, and strengthened the wider community. His dedication, leadership, and compassion have made a lasting difference to the student experience at Warwick.

Mayomikun Ladipo

Philosophy, Politics and Economics

Mayomikun Ladipo is an exceptional Politics, Philosophy and Economics graduate whose leadership and global impact have strengthened the Warwick community. Through key roles in the Warwick Africa Summit, she expanded its reach, secured high-profile speakers, and built international partnerships. Alongside mentoring peers and founding The Placement Playbook, which has reached thousands worldwide, her work reflects a deep commitment to empowerment, collaboration, and meaningful social change.

Katie Todd

Philosophy, Politics and Economics

Katie Todd has made a significant and lasting impact on women and LGBTQ+ students at Warwick through her leadership and commitment to inclusion. Through her work with Warwick PLAN and as Students’ Union Women’s Officer, she has created supportive, empowering spaces, led innovative initiatives such as Warwick Drag Race, and championed student wellbeing. Her dedication has strengthened the community and ensured that more students feel seen, supported, and able to thrive.

Tani Ilemobola

Law and Sociology

Tani Ilemobola is an outstanding Law and Sociology finalist whose academic excellence is matched by her exceptional commitment to widening participation and community-building. As founder of Capital Sisters, she has created a thriving network supporting Black women at Warwick, while her extensive mentoring, outreach, and leadership have supported hundreds of students. Through her vision, resilience, and dedication to inclusion, Tani has made a lasting and transformative impact on the Warwick community.

 

Jakob Reid

BA History and Politics

Jakob Reid is an outstanding Warwick student who has shown exceptional leadership in making history accessible and engaging. As founder and Editor-in-Chief of Rewind, the University’s first student-led multimedia history publication, he has brought together a creative, interdisciplinary team to produce award-winning public scholarship. His work reflects intellectual ambition, innovation, and a commitment to connecting academic study with wider audiences, leaving a lasting impact on the Warwick community.

 

Saida Alimdjanova

MSc in Predictive Modelling & Scientific Computing

Saida Alimdjanova has made an outstanding contribution to internationalisation and the international student experience at Warwick and beyond. Through her leadership in the Warwick Language Society, the Global Lounge, and the International Student Experience Advisory Board, she has created opportunities for students to connect across cultures and build a sense of belonging. As a UKCISA #WeAreInternational Student Ambassador and Chair of the UKCISA Student Advisory Group, she has also championed international student voices in national policy discussions. Through her advocacy, leadership, and commitment to inclusion, Saida has positively impacted hundreds of students and exemplifies Warwick’s values of global citizenship and service.

 

Danylo Riabtsev

MSc Management

Danylo Riabtsev has made an outstanding contribution to Warwick’s Ukrainian community and to Ukrainian students across the UK. Through his leadership in Warwick’s Ukrainian Society, the University’s Ukraine Working Group, and the national Ukrainian Students’ Union, he has strengthened student networks, championed Ukrainian culture, supported charitable initiatives, and created valuable professional opportunities. His work has connected students with employers, policymakers, and community leaders, while fostering a strong sense of belonging and support. Recognised by the Ukrainian Ministry of Education and the Ukrainian Embassy in London, Danylo exemplifies Warwick’s values of leadership, service, and global citizenship.
