Request a transcript of your studies

The Student Records team are currently working at a reduced capacity due to the restrictions imposed as a response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and so there will likely be significant delays and disruption to our normal printing and postage services.

Please note that we are not permitted to email copies of transcripts – this is an unchanged policy from the Education Executive.

Please ensure you have read and understood the guidance on applying for a transcript before completing this form.

DO NOT place your order if you are a current student or you have not been notified by the Student Records team that your award has been conferred by the Senate.

Undergraduates who have graduated from July 2012 onwards will have access to transcripts electronically in the form of a Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR). This is a valid electronic document which can be securely shared with third parties.

You can also request authorised copies of your award certificate or a replacement copy of your award certificate from our colleagues in the Awards & Ceremonies team. Please note that due to the complexity and logistics with the current working arrangements of university staff, although it is possible to dispatch printed copies of transcripts together with authorised or replacement copies of award certificates if required, however this will likely lead to a delay with your order.

If you have changed names since you have graduated, please provide appropriate ID documents so we can see the name connection (e.g. marriage/divorce certificate, change of name deed etc.)
 

Note – Student Records can only provide transcripts for those students who have had their degree conferred by the University’s Senate. If you are a current postgraduate student, please contact your Department and do not complete this form. If you are a current undergraduate student you should make use of your Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR). If you are current student who has completed their course and received an email from Student Records confirming your award you can request transcripts.

Please note – If you are collecting your transcripts, please type your name. If someone else is collecting your transcripts for you, please type in their name. If you have nominated someone else to collect your transcripts, they must bring with them their own proof of identification. The University of Warwick accepts no responsibility for any transcripts that are lost or stolen once they have been collected either by yourself or your nominated person. We will send you an email when your transcripts are ready to collect. Transcripts that are not collected after 6 months will be disposed of confidentially.


Total transaction value: 25 GBP

Orders can be sent by different shipping methods if required. Please state how the order should be sent or divided in the additional requirements. For example, one document can be sent via DHL to 1 address for £20.00 and the remaining transcripts can be dispatched via standard UK/Airmail, as the charge is included in cost of transcripts.


Would you like your transcripts to be sent to more than one delivery address? If so, please state how many transcripts you would like sending to each address. Transcripts can be split to different addresses and sent by different postal methods eg. courier via DHL or standard post. (required)

Privacy notice

The data on this form will be used to send you the information you have requested. We will store the fact that you have requested the information and your contact details to receive the information, but we will not send you any information beyond that which you have requested, nor will we use the data for any other purpose.
