Prize draw terms & conditions - Your story starts here

The prize draw is open to registered students at the University of Warwick who attend the ‘Your Story Starts Here’ event held in the Students’ Union atrium on 31 January 2017 between 4pm and 6pm. Staff and non-students are not eligible to take part.
To take part, students must collect 7 stamps by interacting with any 7 of the contributors detailed in the YSSH Passport (provided at the event). The entrance slip on the back cover of the passport must be completed fully and clearly with the student’s name and University identification number. The slip must then be submitted into the prize draw box at the event location by the deadline of 6pm on Tuesday 31 January 2017.
Only one entry per student is permitted.
Any slips received after the deadline above will not be entered into the prize draw;
Entries with illegible details will be considered void and removed from the draw;

The prizes are:

1 Fitbit® activity tracker;
1 VR headset
Tuition with a top UK chess player and social entrepreneur (up to 8 winners);
Behind the scenes at Warwick Arts Centre (up to 6 winners);
Coffee with a published Author (up to 4 winners);
4 selected biographies;

Winners will be selected randomly from the prize draw slips submitted;
Prizes allocated in the order listed above;
Winners will be notified via their Warwick email address by 6th February 2017;
There are no cash alternatives and winners will not be given a choice of which type of prize they receive;
Winners must confirm their acceptance of their prize before 4pm, Monday 20th February by responding to the winner notification email from mywarwickjourney@warwick.ac.uk. Prizes not claimed by the deadline will be re-allocated;
To claim the Fitbit ®, biographies, VR Headset, winners must visit the Careers & Skills Help desk in the Learning Grid, University House in person by the end of the spring term (Friday 17th March, 4pm); present their student ID card and provide their name. Prizes will not be passed to a representative. Prizes not collected by the date specified will be withdrawn;
To take up the Behind the scenes at Warwick Arts Centre prize you must be available on Wednesday 1st March 2017 at 3pm when this will be taking place.
To take up the other prizes, members of the Integrating Employability Team in Student Careers & Skills will communicate with both the winner and the contributor to arrange a mutually agreeable date and time. The experience must take place before the end of the Summer term (Friday 30th June) or the prize will be withdrawn;
Names of winners may be used for publicity purposes only with the individual’s written consent;
A list of winners is available by written (emailed) request;
Student Careers and Skills reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.
