Wild Warwick - Competition
Our campus is home to a huge variety of wildlife and green spaces, yet many do not know that they exist, and we want to change this! We want to encourage people to get outside, to take a break from work/studying, and to learn more about their local environment. We are welcoming artistic submissions for the Wild Warwick competition, which celebrate wildlife on campus. This can be photography, poetry, pottery or any other form of art. The competition closes on December 2nd 2024. Winning submissions will be showcased at an exhibition in January 2025.
MOVEmber
MOVEmber, is an annual event dedicated to raising awareness of men’s health issues. Help us make a difference by getting involved with Movember events and offers this November.
Teamwork International Experience Program
Take part, build your CV and gain international and intercultural experience working online in a multidisciplinary team with 5 other students from Warwick and other top universities around the world. The program is open to all UG and PG students from all degree disciplines and year groups. No previous experience is required- just an interest in gaining a global perspective and intercultural skills.

Black British Pioneers: Now & Then
The arts have always been a vessel for self-expression across the ages: a tool for remembrance, community building, joy and resistance. This film programme is a celebration of the Black British Pioneers within performance and visual arts, showcasing archival works as well as contemporary films and holding space for discussions between curators, archivists and storytellers.

Warwick Food Group - Recipe Competition
Is there something you'd really like to see on the menu in our university-run food outlets? This is your chance to make that happen! Warwick Food Group are inviting you to share recipes that remind you of home, a cultural celebration or just a favourite dish. Winning dishes will feature on our menus and / or during relevant cultural celebrations, with winners receiving a £50 voucher to spend in our cafes and an invitation to attend a celebratory lunch with fellow winners.

EUTOPIA Week 2024
The EUTOPIA Weeks are essential milestones in the construction of the EUTOPIA alliance, happening every six months. The member universities take turns organising them. These events bring together all the Alliance's Boards and Councils to discuss the coherence and direction of projects and programs at a high level. The meetings also offer a unique opportunity to become better acquainted with one of the member institutions and to meet vice-rectors, deans, professors, teachers, researchers, and students.

Want to know more about managing your references, saving time and avoiding plagiarism? The webinar will introduce you to the desktop version of EndNote and will demonstrate how to import or add references to your library, how to create groups, how to attach full text articles. It will also show you how to use the Cite While You Write function in Microsoft Word to generate citations and bibliographies. The webinars are delivered via Teams with alternating sessions for PC and Mac users. Please make sure you select a slot which corresponds with the operating system you will be using.

Christmas Crafts Workshop
Get creative and feel festive with a bonanza of art and craft in our free Christmas craft workshop. Whatever your taste or style, you'll be able to express yourself and have fun by making cards, decorations, ornaments or accessories. You'll find card, textiles, polymer clay, gemstones, beads, modelling wire and much more in this seasonal session, so you can show off your skills or learn some new ones while making a gift that's sure to be treasured.
Coppicing
Coppicing is an ancient form of woodland management which increases biodiversity. This session is led by the Grounds and Gardens Team, and involves taking part in coppicing behind the Sports and Wellness Hub. Please note - this is a physically demanding task. There will be two sessions taking place - each lasting for 1.5 hours.

The Pontignano Conference
Prof. Michael Scott, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (International) has been invited to attend the Pontignano Conference in Rome at the British Ambassadors Residence. This event is an important annual event in the UK-Italy bilateral relationship. Each year it helps us to develop closer connections and address common challenges, bringing together influential delegates from a range of fields including education and academia, technology and innovation, culture and society, business and finance, politics, foreign and security policy, government and media.
