Schedule: July 2020

The University is monitoring the ongoing situation with regard to COVID-19 and the July 2020 degree ceremonies. We are currently expecting ceremonies to take place as planned, but we will be guided by Public Health England when making a final decision.

The July 2020 ceremonies will take place Tuesday 14 - Wednesday 22 July 2020 (not including the weekend). Below is the full departmental schedule. This is confirmed and NOT subject to change.

All ceremonies will be held in the Butterworth Hall, Warwick Arts Centre. There will be two ceremonies on each day, commencing at 11.00 and 15.00 (please note that all graduands and guests will need to be seated in the hall at least 30 minutes before this time).

Registration for the July 2020 Graduation Ceremonies will open in mid May 2020 and potential graduands will receive an email invitation when this opens.

The following table shows the allocation of faculties and departments to the ceremonies. If you are reading for a joint degree you will graduate alongside the department which has lead responsibility for your course; please check carefully. If you are not sure which department you will graduate with please check the course allocation schedule or contact the Awards and Ceremonies Team.

The full course allocation list will be added here in due course.

If your course is not listed, or the date and time does not correspond with the date and time which will be shown on your invitation email and on your online registration form, please contact us immediately to confirm which ceremony you should attend. All part-time degrees will graduate alongside their department.
