Schedule: July 2026

The July 2026 degree ceremonies will take place from Monday 20 July 2026 - Friday 31 July 2026, with no weekend ceremonies. There will be two ceremonies per day commencing at 11.00am and 3.00pm (with graduands and guests to be seated no later than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time). All ceremonies will be held in the Butterworth Hall, Warwick Arts Centre, University of Warwick, Coventry.

The colour of your academic dress varies depending on the degree to be awarded. Therefore, please check your Hood Colour as part of your Graduation attire.

Please note, the schedule of ceremonies is based upon anticipated student attendance. Spaces at the ceremony are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so students should register as soon as possible once registration opens- this is usually around late-May. In the event that a ceremony reaches full capacity, graduands will be offered the opportunity to register for an alternative ceremony, usually on the same day but this cannot be guaranteed.

The table below shows the confirmed allocation of departments to the ceremonies. If you are reading for a joint degree you will graduate alongside the department which has lead responsibility for your course; please check carefully.
