Reclassified Certificate Delivery
Please complete this form if you have been notified that your degree has been reclassified following further marking, following the end of the marking and assessment boycott.
Your digital certificate and HEAR have already been updated and are available to view via GradintelLink opens in a new window. Before we can reissue your printed certificate, we need you to evidence that you have securely destroyed the certificate you already have. Please either take a video to show your certificate being shredded (ideally use a cross shredder if you have one), or, cut into very small pieces, ensuring that you make multiple cuts through the crest, logo, hologram, signatures, and your own name and course details, and take a photo of the pieces and upload the video/photos where prompted below.
Please also provide details of how you want to receive your reclassified certificate below. You can choose to collect it in person (yourself or a nominee) from the Student Information Centre in Senate House, or, to receive it to an address of your choice in the post.
Once you have submitted the form below, we will action your request as soon as possible (usually within 10 working days), however, please note that as we are currently preparing for our January degree ceremonies, which take place Monday 15 - Friday 19 January 2024, we will start issuing reclassified degree certificates after the ceremonies, so it may take slightly longer. You will be notified when your reclassified certificate is dispatched from the University. Certificates will be sent by 2nd class post (to UK addresses), or via DHL (to overseas addresses).
